The VU series slewing rings are INA slewing rings with an outside diameter range of 4 inches to 47 inches (100 to 1200 mm). This series offers the best value for money.
Design Features-INA Slewing Ring
The bearing's internal construction includes deep groove raceways and maximum-sized balls. This design enables this series to withstand higher torque, thrust, and radial loads than typical four-point contact ball bearings. Larger, perfectly sealed bearing grooves and non-contact shields help to keep out contaminants. This design ensures that this series performs well in a wide range of applications, from light to heavy loads.
China bearing factory offers this series in both toothless (VSU/XSU) and externally toothed (VSA/XSA) configurations. VSA2004 sizes and below utilize double involute stub gears, while larger sizes utilize involute stub gears. All models meet AHMA Q6 accuracy. If side clearance tolerance is required, please contact DZE. Part numbers ending with a "T" suffix have a threaded mounting hole. The thread depth must be at least 1.5 times the nominal hole diameter. Part numbers ending with an "X" suffix have a higher load capacity.
