LYDZ 13 series cross roller bearings are an important part of DZE. This series has high rigidity, low friction torque and very compact structure. This series of products is selected when four-point contact ball bearings cannot meet customer requirements in terms of torque and rigidity.

Internal gear bearings has V-shaped raceways in the rings and uses cylindrical rollers. The rollers are arranged crosswise so Internal gear bearings can withstand radial forces, axial forces, moment loads or their combined loads. Compared with four-point contact ball bearings, Internal gear bearings of products has lower rotational resistance torque because each roller only bears loads in one direction and the contact area and geometric shape of the rollers make them more rigid than balls.
When the dimensions are basically the same, rollers have a higher load capacity than balls. However, since not all rollers face in one direction, Internal gear bearings are not as capable of bearing thrust and moment loads as four-point contact ball bearings.
Gears or other drive mechanisms can be designed on the inner or outer ring support structure, and the bearing hole pattern can be determined according to the customer's choice
