Usage features

The divided inner ring (or outer ring) is fixed together with the single -row bearings shaft ring after the rollers and the spacer are installed to prevent separation from each other, so the operation is simple when installing the cross roller shaft ring. The friction between the rollers is eliminated by the spacer to prevent the rollers from falling sideways, so that a stable rotation torque can be obtained. Since the rollers are arranged crosswise, only one set of cross roller bearings can bear loads in all directions, and the rigidity is increased by 3-4 times compared with traditional models.


Rotational accuracy

The vertically arranged rollers in the bearing are equipped with spacers to prevent the rollers from tilting and the mutual friction between the rollers, reducing the rotational torque. In addition, compared with the previous use of steel plate retainers, the rollers will not contact or lock on one side. At the same time, because the inner ring (or outer ring) is a two-part structure, the bearing clearance can be adjusted, and high-precision rotational motion can be obtained even if preloaded.
