DZA Cross Roller bearing ring is constructed with split outer ring and integrated inner ring, full-filled roller bearing with cage. Suitable for parts requiring high rotation accuracy of inner ring. •Cross Roller Bearing Ring Performance: Flexible rotation and high rigidity, greatly saving material cost. Two sets of bearing raceways and rollers are installed together at right angles, with adjacent rollers facing opposite directions, and spacers are installed between rollers. Support pads are also installed on the rollers, which allows the two half-rows of rollers to fit into the same space. The angle and conical geometry of the cross roller bearing make the effective span of the bearing several times larger than the actual width of the bearing itself.
