DZE gears and bearings passed the ISO9001:2015 quality management system certification of the German TUV certification company in 2017. From the entry of raw materials to the exit of finished products, strict process control and quality control are implemented throughout the entire production process.

90% of DZE gears and bearings are exported to 80 countries and regions around the world, mainly sold to Europe, Asia, America, Oceania and other regions.

Applications: industrial robots, automatic guided vehicle (AGV) steering wheels, laser cutting machines, fog cannons, aerial work platforms, medical equipment, solar power generation equipment and other fields.

DZE Products

DZE provides customers with high quality slewing ring in various sizes for a wide range of applications. Sizes range from 1.5 inches (50 mm) to 8 feet (3 meters) outside diameter. Applications Slewing rings are available with ball bearings,Cross roller bearing, external teeth on the outer ring, internal teeth on the inner ring, or without teeth.

Drive pinions and hydraulic motors can be meshed with the appropriate slewing ring as required. Single and double row chinese slewing bearing are available to accommodate different loading applications. For non-market standard rings, our team of engineers work with customers to provide custom chinese slewing bearing based on the required performance.
